Birthdays, team events, bridal showers, or just a reason to get together and make something. We host custom private art parties for all ages. Pick your date and time, bring your people, and we'll take care of the materials and setup.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

ALL AGES

  • Available Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. Ages 6+.
    Cost: $300+, depending on party type. All supplies included.

    Choose from painting, mixed media, or jewelry making, or we can build a unique experience together for your child's party.

    The art portion runs 60 minutes. If you'd like time afterward for cake or lunch, you can rent the space for an additional 60 minutes. Food and cleanup are supplied by the party planner.

  • Drip Painting
    Colorful abstract art made by pouring, dripping, and swirling paint. A fun, low-pressure activity where every result looks amazing.

    Jewelry Making
    Design and build bracelets, necklaces, or charms using a mix of beads and materials. A great hands-on activity for all ages.

    Pottery Handbuilding
    Shape clay by hand using pinch, coil, and slab techniques. No experience needed, just hands and imagination.

    Collage
    Combine paper, paint, and found materials to build colorful layered art. A flexible activity for anyone who likes working with lots of textures.

    Polymer Clay
    Sculpt small figures, charms, or shapes using polymer clay. A hands-on activity that's easy to pick up and fun to personalize.

  • Book a Private Party at The Art Department. Spend a few hours together trying something new and making things side by side.

    We offer a rotating menu of projects: pottery, painting, collage, jewelry making, and more. Bring your own idea or let us pick for you. No experience needed and no pressure to make anything perfect.

    Great for date nights, friend nights, team building, corporate events, or getting together with family or colleagues.

  • Pottery Wheel & Handbuilding
    Learn to shape clay by hand or on the wheel. Wheel classes are capped at 10 people so everyone gets time and attention at their station. Handbuilding sessions cover pinch, coil, and slab techniques, no wheel experience required.

    Jewelry Making
    Design and build your own wearable pieces using a mix of materials and techniques. Great for beginners and anyone looking to try something with their hands.

    Painting (Watercolour or Acrylics)
    Explore color, technique, and composition. Choose watercolour or acrylics and work at your own pace, whether you're picking up a brush for the first time or building on existing skills.

    Polymer Clay Sculpting
    Sculpt small-scale pieces using polymer clay, from simple shapes to more detailed forms. A hands-on class that doesn't require any prior sculpting experience. Leave with your pieces the same day!

    Mixed Media & Collage
    Combine paper, paint, texture, and found materials to build layered pieces. A flexible class for anyone who likes to experiment and work outside a single medium.
