CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your class registration, here’s how it works:
Cancellations:
Up to 14 days before the class: Full refund or credit toward a future class.
Less than 14 days before the class: Full credit only.
Within 24 hours of the class or no-show: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or credit.
Missed Classes (for multi-week courses):
We’re unable to offer make-up sessions for missed classes, but you’re always welcome to reach out — we’ll do our best to help you stay on track.
Cancellations by Us:
If we need to cancel a class due to low enrolment, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
Liability:
While we take all necessary precautions to avoid accidents and injury, participating in activities at The Art Department involves inherent risks and you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with participation and releasing The Art Department, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, and contractors from any and all liability. This release applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
