Join us for an evening of watercolour, shaped by design. Led by interior designer Cait Domino, create a piece of art inspired by your home, designed to match it.

Cait Domino is an interior designer and self-taught watercolour artist based in Tsawwassen, BC. She started painting years ago the way her mother, also a designer, once did: creating pieces for her design projects. It grew into its own art practice, one shaped by over 20 years in interior design. Cait's work is made to elevate a space, and she's created custom pieces for interior projects and fellow designers, often building a piece around a specific room or style.

In this workshop, we'll be creating a custom piece to accent your home. Bring a photo of a room, or a favorite decor piece for inspiration, and Cait will walk you through how to pull colors, tones, and shapes from it to build your painting. She'll guide you through the design principles she uses in her own work, like color theory, composition, and scale, so the piece you leave with is one that's made to fit your space.
